Strong Removals & Storage Ltd - Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of packaging materials ("Products") by Strong Removals & Storage Ltd ("Seller") to you, the purchaser ("Buyer"). By placing an order with Seller, Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Applicable Law

These Terms and any contract formed pursuant to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim which arises out of or in connection with these Terms or any contract formed pursuant to them.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in person at our physical location. The address of our physical location is Unit 1-2 Foley Trading Estate, Hereford, Herefordshire, HR1 2SF.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. Our VAT registration number is 286 0188 84.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept most major credit cards and debit cards.

4. Delivery

Delivery charges will be applied based on the order value and delivery service.
Standard delivery timescales will be provided at checkout or upon request.
Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, or carrier issues.

5. Returns

Seller will only accept returns of unused and unopened Products.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be issued for the returned Products only, excluding any original delivery charges.

6. Warranties & Liability

Seller warrants that the Products will be of merchantable quality and fit for the purpose for which they are sold, subject to their intended use as packaging materials.
Seller's liability for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of Products is limited to the purchase price of those Products.
Seller excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
Seller shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase of Products.

7. Force Majeure

Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, such as an act of God, war, terrorism, strike, lock-out, fire, flood, or other natural disaster.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

9. Waiver

No waiver by Seller of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any other breach.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

All notices required or permitted to be given hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally, sent by pre-paid registered mail, or sent by email with confirmation of receipt to the addresses of the parties set forth below:
